Three years after the last album release, Scartown perform the 3d number
album "Where the time is silent".
Although during this time the lineup has changed completely, the band is
still capable and achieves a new level - as in context of music, as in
sound quality.
The new album will include 11 tracks; Scartown music transformed, it
absorbed traditions of the 1st album named "Urban legends" and at the
same
time became the follow-up of their last record.
"We achieved a new level in context of business with our European
counterparts, and this time we did achieve the best sound in the history
of the band.
Booklet design and cover art, perhaps, also have surpassed previous
ones.
